Had my first ever hot stone massage...sure is a different experience. Besides hot, it was good...thank you Tanaka Also had a cut and new colour...I love it Michelle...you are an awesome Hairy Fairy. I had a Sports Massage, and it was worth it. Riaan was gentle but firm and explained every action he started by stating why and what area of the body this specific muscle attaches too. Very informative. Not bruised at all the following day. Was a bit sensitive to the touch at the pressure points that were massage. Riaan started the session by looking at my posture and general health. He recommended changes to how I sit or stand and also gave me guidelines on how to start with exercise that won't kill me in the first week. Looking forward to seeing Riaan again tomorrow, 13.06.2023.
