Anna provides a very relaxed and serene atmosphere with the most amazing massage you could wish for. Knots and tension in my back neck and shoulders has greatly reduced and a monthly maintenance programme keeps aches and pains at bay, highly recommend Thanks Anna x

Lovely 45mins back, neck and shoulder massage. Been increasing my pressure levels gradually and really enjoying the feeling of deep tissue massage. Sometimes tho, 45mins just goes waaaay to quick 🤣

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.

Tonight I experiences the new menopause massage and wow this is now my new favourite treatment with Michelle. Having to expose my tummy for this one I didn't feel on edge or nervous due to Michelle's calming and trustworthy environment. Total relaxation and handy hints to do areas at home.
