Listens to my issues and concerns about my muscles and injuries and makes me feel comfortable whilst she focuses on the areas I have asked her to focus on for the session. Would highly recommend for anyone needing anything from relaxation to deep tissue and injury support

I’ve been seeing Sarah for years and she is a brilliant beauty therapist! She gives amazing massages, head massages and facials and delivers just the right amount of chat before quiet time. Paula is a wonderful masseuse, I always come out feeling like I’m floating. I’ve had Swedish, deep tissue and Indian head massages with her and love them all equally. Would recommend deep tissue the day after an intense workout as it feels live heaven 😊
