My experience was amazing, from cherry’s knowledge of hair, to her therapist massage techniques, to the cleanliness of the salon and sanitation of tools and equipment I was impressed. It also didn’t hurt that my hair felt amazing after my service.

Re?ly good. Punctual, comfortable and great, firm back and neck massage. Therapy room clean and comfortable but could do with a little glamming up for a more “spa” experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and gel polish for my hands. I felt comfortable with my therapist Kelly and very relaxed. I enjoyed the deep massage to my feet the most and the great service given by all staff. Having a couples pedicure allow my to have a relaxing time with my husband in a serene atmosphere.

Kymari was amazing with my massage and body scrub. Prior to the appointment, she ensured I was finished with my tea too! I didn’t feel rushed at all. The massage felt like a deep tissue massage, which my body deeply needed. Her techniques were 10/10. The oil smelt great too. I was very happy with the treatment and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to treat themselves!

The quality of service was good as usual. There are just some little things from a customer experience perspective that can be improved. e.g. I was asked if the pressure in my massage was good, but not if there were specific areas I would have liked to focus on, so considering that option could be helpful.

The Full body massage was absolutely amazing. I could not believe how strong Jalissa was lol and she got all the knots out of my shoulder, so now when I work out with the weights, I have much better range..... I enjoyed a really excellent Swedish massage in very relaxing surroundings given by Samantha who applied perfect pressure and used lovely oil. My visit was completed with a fabulous Body Polish and body moisturising lotion to finish. Feeling amazing now!
