It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

Very good massage from Alice who took care to understand my preferences and tailored the massage to suit. Relaxing ambience with gentle music and low lighting. Heated massage table was a nice touch!

Alweays good to have a back and shoulder massage from Antonia. She checks how I am and listens to any comment about what sort of massage I like, what pressure etc. This time was very therapeutic but also so relaxing that I fell asleep! Thanks Antonia.

30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

Did not expect to be as blown away as i was by the service, care and time put in to my massage. Jane (I think that her name) took time to speak to me, she was kind, caring, genuine and such a lovely person. I went in there a big ball of stress and came out feeling so relaxed. She listened to me first and empathised with everything, gave me some amazing advice as well. The massage was the best i have ever had, and if i could i would be there every day. Thank you so much

Amazing facial by Gabbi followed by a much needed massage from Antonia. Both girls were incredible and lovely!

Massage was great and skilled. Staff very friendly and the facilities are (if one is critical) basic but work. The garden is lovely. Good value for money.
