Honestly the best massage I've ever had. She really listens to me and keeps working until it feels better! She genuinely cares and does her absolute best to help you. The aftercare is amazing too. Always an amazing massage from Sue. She makes me feel at ease despite having anxiety, and has so much knowledge and advice to give for after care so I can continue to run as pain and injury free as possible. I am happy to travel over 20 miles because I would not go to anybody else!

I've had a couple of massages before but this was definitely the most effective yet. This is largely down to how much effort Sue puts into it, making sure every possible area of tension is dealt with. Did an initial analysis of posture etc, and offered good advice on how I might be able to avoid issues moving forward. Looking forward to receiving the exercises so I can continue to work on my core.
