It was my first time visiting Knead Studio’s Marpole location, and I feel so fortunate to have booked with Erreene for a body massage. She is incredibly skilled with acupressure points and took the time to patiently listen to my requests and concerns. I walked in with sore muscles and an exhausted body, and walked out feeling relieved, refreshed, and genuinely happy. I can’t recommend her enough! At last, I was offered a special herbal tea that has completed my relaxing massage experience! Thank you Knead!

I had a great experience at Knead in Marpole, Vancouver. The space was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable, which immediately helped me relax. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

Cameron was absolutely fantastic. He listened closely and focused on the areas where I had a lot of tension and pain. I walked out feeling real relief. I truly appreciated the stretches he showed me right after to help prevent the pain from returning. He was extremely welcoming and very attentive, especially when I mentioned specific areas that needed extra focus. His breathing guidance was something I had never experienced with an RMT and it was incredibly helpful for releasing tension. I would highly recommend visiting the Knead location in Marpole.

Probably the best massage I’ve had in Vancouver. Maggie is absolutely incredible — attentive, skilled, and has a wonderful technique. I’ll happily come back again and will definitely recommend this studio to all my friends.

I visited Knead in Vancouver for the second time, and the experience was just as amazing. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone from the start. My massage therapist, Ava, was highly skilled and truly put her energy into the session. Her expertise made a noticeable difference, leaving me deeply relaxed—so much so that I forgot my belongings twice. I highly recommend Knead, especially Ava, for anyone looking for a high-quality massage. I’ll definitely be back.

Jin is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I had tightness and pain in the soles of my feet and Jin completely fixed it Not only did my feet feel so much better but my shoulders felt incredible too. He found all the right spots and released the tension quickly! Every technique had a purpose no wasted movements just an incredibly effective massage. Thank you Jin!

Got a 1.5hr full body deep tissue massage by Chris and I think I've been reborn. I don't get massages regularly so I wasnt sure what exactly to expect but Chris was very professional - he took time to understand if there were any focus areas I wanted to target and then got to work - he massages places I didn't even know needed massaging. The massage was so good and I felt to relaxed and refreshed afterwards and was surprised and impressed by how good I felt afterwards. . Give the man a raise!!

Gary was great! I felt very relaxed during the foot massage and especially afterwards. The pressure was perfect, and she massaged the muscles that were tense releasing them. I will definitely be coming again.

Came here to check it out and loved the experience so much, I will definitely be back. It’s beautiful, clean, quiet, and unpretentious. The chairs are very comfortable, the tea was sooo good and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and a professional. I had Chris who helped me understand the connection between my foot muscles and breathing. He also gave me advice on how to work on this at home. Thanks Chris!!

I got a massage from Gary today to recover from the full-body muscle soreness and fatigue from yesterday's workout. I was worried because my muscles were so sore that I couldn't handle a deep massage, but if it was too gentle, it wouldn't be effective either. Gary somehow found the perfect balance of gentle and firm at the same time. It was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend Gary at Knead!
