Alex was wonderful. He was very patient and clear. He gave me good advice, without trying to sell my on services or products. I instantly felt at ease, comfortable and trustworthy. I was also able to see the benefits to my skin after just one facial treatment. The receptionist was also very welcoming and polite. I run a few times a week and overdid it, straining my hamstring. After assessing Zena stretched and massaged and advised on exercises. It was robust treatment and she knows what she is doing. I definitely felt much better and looser at the end.

Very good service and massage

I love this place! Firstly Kevin gives amazing sport/deep tissue massages. As someone who was an elite competitor in sport, I know what is a good sports massage and his are brilliant. I’ve also had an exfoliating facial with Alex, which made my skin so smooth and glowing! He offered so much great advice and I will for sure be back!
