First time client visiting this salon & I am very impressed how easy it was to make a booking & I didn’t have to wait at all, I was helped immediately when I showed up. The owner is very friendly & we had a good chat, I got a Hollywood wax done & it felt like I was getting a massage, that’s how relaxed I felt. Visited with my daughter. Service from Loveness & Chipo was great. Very courteous. Hand massage was amazing, I really needed that. 🥰 Only thing that could have been better was using a new buff to shine the nails as we don’t use nail polish. Had to redo the polish step at home the next morning. Otherwise, I loved every bit. Can’t wait to get full mani & pedi next.

Lorraine did my hands - she did an excellent job and she is very professional and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. There were a few disturbances from other nail techs coming to get their equipment boxes, asking for equipment from other nail techs next to us which was a lil annoying. 2 different girls did my toes (1 soak off and 1 gel overlay) which I couldn't quite understand, nonetheless I was happy with the result but seems a bit unfair for 3 people to share a tip? and we do not know how this is split?

Oh Wow is all i can say. i took my little girly for her 5th birthday for a pamper, she was nervous at first but the ladies made her feel like a princess they asked her questions, made her comfortable and really sparkled her day. Their work is professional even for the little ones , my daughter was impressed by the smooth hand and feet rub and thoroughly enjoyed making her own decisions when it came to color. Even though i was included and had to say what is okay for her, its nice to see that they don't do anything without parents permission and include the parents in all the choices made.

I have the ugliest hands and weird nails that nobody ever seems to get them right but the nail tech was so attentive and she noticed how thin my nail bed is and she was gentle when filing them ,the way she glued the tips was so clean and her application of the gel just as clean. I love my nails and to top it off, she is friendly as well. The receptionists are both friendly as well. I also asked to do threading and tint , they gladly helped me with that as well without a booking because they had space

I love my Nails Provina did an amazing job! However, the reception experience was disappointing. The lady at the front desk wasn’t welcoming no smile and a bit cold. A  booking mistake led to an awkward exchange over the price difference. While I later realized it was my fault, it could have been handled better by the loud cild lady. On a positive note, the other lady with blue highlights was friendly. BOA is great, but consistent customer service would make it even better. I’ll be back!
