The second time having a Himalayan singing bowl massage with Janet. An absolutely lovely treatment. Very different from a ‘hands on’ massage and also relaxing in a different way to a ‘hands on’ massage. Definitely worth a try. Welcoming and cosy space too.

Had a lovely relaxing massage, facial and head massage. Kristy applied the perfect amount of pressure to work out knots but still make the massage a blissful experience. The addition of hot stones and a facial steamer were lovely touches. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. She talks you through everything including the massage process and the techniques which she uses such as cupping. I would highly recommend Alisha
