Sam is just the most magical gift anyone can ask for. Some people just come into your life at the right time, and Sam is one of those. Time with her heals the body and soul. Had my first massage with Sophie today after asking for a voucher for my birthday. It was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted and told her the firmer the better and she really went to town. Plenty other places I’ve been before have felt like a tickle in comparison but she really made a difference. I could genuinely feel the knots disappearing from my shoulders. She made a point of asking about what is my dominant side for carrying my baby and seemed to pay extra attention to those areas affected from carrying and feeding a baby. 10/10 massage, would 100% recommend and will be back.

Had a full body aromatherapy massage today and left feeling incredible! Not only was the massage amazing, but Sophie made me feel so comfortable. Always checking pressure was right, worked out some really tough knots and took her time on every bit of the massage leaving me feeling so relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely be returning :)

Today I found out that miracles can happen! I went to Elinoah for a relaxing massage.... As she worked on my back, it transpired that it was extremely tense. Elinoah quickly identified how to act upon the situation efficiently. Tonight I feel so relieved and will return next week to make sure that the good work is sustained. Feeling very grateful for the care and professional approach.

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Sam is phenomenal. She uses techniques I've never had during a massage before and really worked out some knots which had been causing me pain for some time. Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

Sarah is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable also a brilliant hairdresser as I have a sensitive scalp she always tens to not have the hair dryer to hot 10out 10
