I was so pleased with the service and treatment. My therapist, Shelly, was so kind and gave me a fantastic lymphatic and facial massage. The booking system was great, and all staff I encountered were polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were soft and smelt beautiful and the selection of oils and face creams were a lovely touch! I would highly recommend

This was my 3th visit to Dubai en Rotana was the best service level hotel by far. First I like the peace in Deira, so the location was very nice. The ambiance, rooms, views, food, quality of beds were excellent. But the plus experience for me was realized by the employees. From concierge, reception, to restaurants and housekeeping. They were all very friendly and helpfull. With a very good English understanding. Special Thanks to Noura, Paul who where very helpfull with a problem I had with my bankcard. But also many thanks to Melanie, Fady ans Sarfaraz for making our holiday a special one.
