I had a great experience with Niamh this morning. The Indian head massage and reflexology really helped me relax and relive tension and I’m feeling great afterwards. Niamh is a lovely warm person too. The therapy room has a great ambience. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Today I tried the leg release with the head massage. This is exactly what I needed to alleviate the tightness in my neck and stretch out my calf. Not to mention how relaxing the entire experience is. Highly recommend that combo!

Aga has created a wonderful calming treatment room everything from the music, lighting to the aroma is done to relax all your senses, she takes her time with an holistic approach designed with care and expertise, the chocolate part, the 3rd part of this is 5 part massage is sureal, if your looking for a treatment to help you unwind i gurantee you wont be disapointed. Had the best massage at the Zzen Den. Such a lovley lady. Was made to feel so comfortable and loved the little extras with the hot towel to soak away the oils and the cucumber water at the end, so refreshing! I floated out the door. Thanks again Erica, I'll be back again soon
