Heidi is a brilliant massage therapist. She really listens to you before attending to your problems. In tonight's session she concentrated on my back, arms and shoulders. I felt so much better when I got up off the bed. As she always says...."don't forget to stretch David!" I am looking forward to my next massage. Good for your mental health too. First class.
