Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

Hana is amazing! I always go to Hana for my haircuts because I know I will be taken care of. Tucked away in a heritage building in Gastown, her salon has a charming and laid-back atmosphere. Her consultations are thoughtful and personal- last visit, after asking help styling my bangs she came up with a flattering style to frame my face, explaining her process to ensure it matches the way I style my hair. If you are looking for a personally tailored relaxing salon experience, I highly recommend Hana!

Very quaint spa in downtown Vancouver. Anna was my masseuse and she was very cordial and skillful. My neck and shoulder tension greatly improved at the end of the session. I came here for a couple coconut oil massage with my partner to celebrate his birthday. After the treatment, we enjoyed a cup of refreshing treat and Japanese treat In a private, traditionally decorated room. Thank you Sanatio!

This was my first ever head spa treatment and it was amazing! Emma was very sweet, gentle and kind - she created a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. I had the ‘Head Focussed’ treatment and especially enjoyed the extra touches like the foot massage machine, and little sweet snack while drying my hair. My head and mind feel lighter …and my hair so incredibly soft! I’ll be back for sure :)

The most relaxing dry head spa in Vancouver for the value. This scalp, shoulder and foot or arm dry massage is done, face up in a chair, in the back room of a hair salon beside the Stadium Chinatown skytrain station. You can hear people in the salon but Tomoko makes you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I still fell asleep and will go again as it is a nice treat.

Quite honestly the best massage I have ever had. Yumi read my muscle tension to the tee and the pressure was PERFECT for the entire treatment. I wish I would have found this place sooner as am not from Vancouver and this will be my last trip here for a while. Only thing that caught me off guard was the level of static in the massage table dressings. Pre and post massage experience were phenomenal.

Haircut was good. However it was difficult conversing and understand hair stylist as he just came to Vancouver recently. Good idea to use translation app until English proficiency improves whilev working at the salon.

We did the couples combo korugi/kobido massage. Very relaxing that we fell asleep! We started off with an essential oil foot soak and was led to a couples for the massage. Was able to adjust pressure and overall very relaxing that I had to fight to stay awake. Massage ended in a separate tea room with a rice cracker and hot tea. Overall very pleased, will book again the next time we visit Vancouver!

This was my first time experiencing a head spa treatment. It was more relaxing and blissful than I had imagined.　I would like to receive head spa treatments on a regular basis in the future, as the accumulated dirt on my scalp cannot be removed by regular shampooing. The consultation, oil massage, shampooing, and spa with warm running water were all excellent. I would recommend it to everyone who cares about your hair and scalp!

My experience was absolutely wonderful! Rina was incredibly sweet, and the massage was both relaxing and refreshing. I also really enjoyed chatting with her about Japan and sharing some of my own stories—it made the visit feel even more special. The hospitality and service were outstanding. If I’m ever in Vancouver again, I would definitely come back!

Lisa communicates well; she understands my concerns about my hair and provides recommendations on scalp treatment. I like the hairstyle she recommends me. Massage on my head and neck after shampoo was relaxing.

I had such a relaxing experience at Headicure. The scalp and head massage was incredible, super calming and exactly what I needed to de-stress. The atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and felt very luxurious from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My scalp felt refreshed and my hair even felt healthier afterward. Definitely one of the most relaxing self-care experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend Headicure if you want to unwind and treat yourself!

This was truly one of the top 5 spa experiences I have had in my 61 years of life. Amazing massage and facial. I did not want to leave! I cannot wait to be back in Vancouver to visit again. Rina was excellent!

This was lovely. I had the Head Focused experience, and it was amazing. The massage, the hair and scalp treatments, the softness of my hair when I was finished… it was all great. The products they use smell and feel amazing. I could feel my scalp tingling during the treatment. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Honestly, I can’t say enough incredible things about this place!! Kimmy and Lee were amazing, professional, kind and really knew what they were doing. You can tell they actually really care about skincare, it’s not simply a business for them. It’s a mission. And they are passionate about their work. And my skin has never looked better. Truly. The pedicure was amazing too! This is a woman owned business, I’m in the film industry - women support Dewey Skin Bar!!! It’s the best place I’ve ever gone for my skin. We need businesses like these in Vancouver - world class!!!

Kei immediately put me at ease when i came into the studio. He listened to my low maintenance approach to doing my hair and gave me a great cut. The head spa experience surpassed my expectations. I cant wait for my next visit with Kei
