My experience with Maho was so amazing and relaxing. It was my first visit at Spa Kuon and it was exactly what I needed. I felt so comfortable and relaxed - I even dozed off at times. I highly recommend Tina at Urban Spa Castle Hill. Her firm massage technique was exactly what I needed — professional, effective, and deeply relaxing. Tina has a lovely, calming nature and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. As a mature-aged woman, I especially appreciated her respectful and complimentary approach. I had the most incredible 1hr Japanese massage at Spa Kuon in Kellyville today with Maho, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, setting the perfect tone. Maho was absolutely brilliant—her technique was both soothing and deeply therapeutic, melting away all my tension while making sure I was comfortable throughout. She has an amazing ability to find and release tight spots, leaving me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely at ease. If you're looking for a unique Japanese massage experience, try Spa Kuon.

Good. Sorry I was 10 mins late. If I’d known the scalp massage was going to be cut from my treatment I would’ve chosen not to have my eyebrows waxed instead. I’d like my next 2 treatments to be heavenly spa not serenity. I find I can’t have a back massage because it’s uncomfortable to lie on my stomach and I don’t want an eyebrow tint. I’d rather a scalp massage. The eye, throat, leg, arm and décolletage massages were all too firm for me. I’d rather a gentle relaxation massage. The neck and upper back massages were lovely though. The facial was lovely. The foot and hand massages were lovely.

Her massage was very relaxing, and she found the right spots to release my muscle tension. I had a 90-minute Zen Flow full-body massage. She worked on my whole body, with extra focus on my neck and shoulders, where I’ve been experiencing tightness and pain for about a week. I’m also a massage therapist and have had many massages around Sydney, and I can confidently say she is one of the best. She is very friendly and kind, and her space is clean, cozy, and welcoming. Thank you so much💛 I’ll definitely be coming back for another massage!

I booked the head, face and shoulder massage and it was so relaxing! Maho used the right amount of pressure to relieve all the tension. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this to others too.

We had such a wonderful experience today! I enjoyed a full-body massage, my little daughter had a gentle facial massage, and my husband had a relaxing foot massage. Every one of us left feeling refreshed and happy. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making us all feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Just had the most incredible 2 hours of pure bliss at this spa. From start to finish, the experience was deeply relaxing and calming. The massage was absolutely amazing — I was so relaxed I could’ve fallen asleep right there. Every bit of tension just melted away, and I walked out feeling completely rejuvenated, refreshed, and at peace. Such a beautiful, calming atmosphere with wonderful service. Highly recommend if you need to unwind and reset.

A very professional and caring massage therapist. Very relaxing. I missed the usual back rub i get at Beecroft. I dont like the way the door to Castle Hill salon is locked when no one on desk. I wasn't aware of this and i like to arrive early, have some tea, etc. That is always provided at Beecroft. The reason i didn't attend Beecroft this time was due to not being able to contact the salon by phone number on website. I cant believe you are suggesting tipping when the cost of living is so high. From starting with the business when it was Emmas Secret to now i have noticed a gradual decline.

I had an excellent experience today at centre with my body and head massage. This is the best centre I found so far with great service , attention and cleannesses.
