Great staff very focused on attention to detail. All aspects were great. Definitely the best facial I've had. Would only recommend to get electric blankets on the beds. I've had this at other places abd just helps keep comfortable when it's cold and you're getting a massage etc. Thank you for a great experience!

Jahnavi is always friendly and warm and the service is impeccable. Best brow place in Penrith area and I only wish I’d found it years ago. Reasonably priced and great service.

Absolutely amazing. I am very picky when it comes to my brows and them getting done. But they have turned about absolutely perfect. The staff was so friendly and lovely the whole experience all around was amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking to get there eyebrows done.

Kayla was amazing! From the start of my appointment right through she was so well knowledgeable and comforting. Her massage was just perfect especially the scalp ! For the first time ever I could feel myself drifting off to sleep. I’ve been to many day spas and found my treatment with Kayla the best experience so far! Booked in for another facial in two weeks and absolutely can not wait !
