I’ve had facials in Milan. London and Tokyo but nothing compares to Carmel’s facials at Renew Spa in New York City! The results are amazing due to her knowledge, experience and technique! You look and feel amazing!

Been going here for the past few months for my hair color. Nargiza goes above and beyond. I love my color, and gotten compliments for it too.

From start to finish everything was wonderful! The setting was beautiful, everyone is very friendly and helpful and the woman I got for my head Spa experience was great.

Why go to a chiropractor when you can come to Luxsa Thai Spa? After one session, I can say that this is my new go-to spa in New York City. Very authentic. I was lucky to do a 90-minute session with Pauline. She works so hard on your body that she’s glistening by the end of the session. She moves the limbs in ways that we don’t move them on a daily basis and should, promoting blood flow to neglected areas and facilitating cracks from muscle releases. 60 minutes isn’t enough. You definitely need 90 minutes. Book with no concerns.

Excellent attention to detail, beautifully designed space and overall, an incredibly relaxing experience. My heads was in the clouds!!!

Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this couples massage my wife and I got at Luxsa Spa. For my wife, she said it was the best massage she’s ever had. The pressure was perfect the entire way through. We got a combo deep tissue/Thai massage at the recommendation of our masseuse and it’s kind of the only way I want to get a massage going forward. This was the perfect start to our Manhattan day and I recommend it to any and everyone looking for the best massage possible in New York City!

My skin is glowing! Carmel is the best!

Absolutely amazing, can’t wait to come back.

I got a couple massaged for my birthday and it was amazing! They surprised me with a slice of cake and a candle and the massaged was absolutely incredible! I enjoyed a very light/medium pressure relaxing experience and my boyfriend had firm pressured and got lots of knots worked out just like he wanted! We will be back! Highly recommend! 😁

Absolutely loved it!! My girlfriend and I went here for my birthday, and had the best time ever, the staff is so wonderful and they treated us with such kindness and care!!! Carmel is a miracle worker. I have been coming to her for over 15 years and her encyclopedic knowledge of all things skin and health never ceases to amaze me.

I loved the massage, the therapist was very good, was gentle on my back as l told her, but l was very disappointed as the receptionist asked me a certain amount gratitude, l have been to 7 star spas, but was never asked a certain amount for tip, yes they always suggest but l was to give a certain amount or more. That was not acceptable. Sorry wouldn’t come again. Yes but the place and service was very good. Thanks!!

I did a joint session with my girlfriend and it was so relaxing. They are HEALERS. We did the 60 min revival session. They were so attentive and helpful. The whole place was so calming and clean. Definitely recommend!!
