9/10 times I feel very relaxed when I am having my hair and brows done, Charlotte knows exactly how I like my hair, she also does my husband’s hair and really does do a lovely job. Nothing is too much for them. All staff are very polite and their body language, facial expressions and the way they go about their jobs you can tell they enjoy helping individuals with their chosen treatments.

I’ve had the Luxury Facial with B a few times now and I’m speechless every time! She is so good at what she does, it’s SO relaxing and my skin always feels cleaner in the days following. The shoulder and head massage is incredible too. Plus she is super lovely and friendly, I have recommended her to all my friends and family and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my facials!! The massage I received was perfect. I mentioned to the masseuse that I had knots in my shoulders. She used several techniques to loosen them and has made a massive difference. I now feel relaxed and less tense. The interior looked beautiful, a very relaxing atmosphere with calming music which made me feel at ease. I will certainly return, I am ooking forward to the next treatment :)

I had a lovely full body massage at the new shop. So pretty inside and a great location. Really worked on my trouble spots and came out with a bounce! Well worth a visit and the complimentary herbal tea at the end was the icing on the cake. Thank you! I will be back!
