I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

Such a luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt looked after and spoiled. My partner stayed in the waiting room, and even he said he felt like he'd had a treatment. Josh was great--thoughtful, attentive and responsive to what I needed. During the massage I was already plotting how I could come back, and who I would be gifting massages to. It is a very expensive experience, I was blessed to have received it as a gift. Not something I'll be able to do often, but something I'll have to do again.

I did a deep facial and massage done by Federica Bruno quiet professional and friendly at the same time, and then the curative pedicure done by Federica Britti. Both of them again professionals and attentive to the details. I highly recommend.

I’d never had a lymphatic drainage and wood therapy massage before and was very pleased with the treatment. I also got a B12 injection and didn’t even feel the needle. Alicia is very professional and knowledgeable.

I booked at the Queen’s Park room, and the space was beautiful—so clean, tranquil, and serene. Melissa was very gentle but effective with her massage. Her touch was healing. I loved her use of warm cloths and colder equipment. I did the full face massage including buccal fat and gua sha and I found it amazing. My face felt very relaxed after and it looked lifted and glowing. Melissa gave me advice on what to do in between sessions to keep it up and which products to use. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Monika was very professional and friendly and really knows her stuff when it comes to skincare. I have fairly reactive skin, due to suffering with eczema for years and she was able to tailor my facial to keep my skin calm and hydrated. The products all felt great on my skin and I loved the mini shoulder massage as well. Will definitely be back :)

Brilliant facial with Margarita! One of the best treatments I've ever experienced. She completely cleared my milia and blackheads with expert manual extraction that was virtually painless thanks to a pineapple enzyme mask to open the pores beforehand. The treatment featured numerous wonderful touches throughout, plus the unexpected luxury of both a foot massage and facial lymphatic stimulation. The entire experience was thoroughly relaxing!
