Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. My first sports massage with Pam. I arrived with a very sore lower back and glute after a weight training injury yesterday. Pam located the injury immediately and after treatment I have virtually no discomfort but am moving freely. Thanks so much Pam you are amazing xxx definitely recommend

As always, Lisa was amazing! An hour of the most blissful Glass facial, I don't know what was the best bit, the facial, the shoulder & arm massage or the hairbrushing as I led under the light ❤️ With a new set of hybrid brows and a lot of laughs to complete this months 'me time', I feel like a new woman! I'll be back soon! x

Lisa was incredibly warm and welcoming, she talked me through each step of the Korean Facial and even made a slight adjustment to ensure all the products were vegan. Her studio is calm and cosy and I had an hour of pure bliss. My skin has never looked so hydrated and I can’t wait to get booked in again. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.

Just wanted to let you know, my skin feels lovely, and looks glowing after my dermaplane and glass facial yesterday. Great results, lovely therapist. See you again soon.xx

I haven’t been well for a number of months which Lisa was fully aware of and understood as she’s been looking after my skin for a long time. Lisa recommended we change our approach from the original booking because I’d had a recent bad breakdown and she didn’t want to aggravate my skin further. Lisa focused on purely a glass facial this time and it was super relaxing (as always). Lisa knew that talking makes my illness worse, so encouraged me to enjoy some quiet time (which was incredible) & I felt really comfortable to ask to pause when I needed medication or to change position etc.
