From the moment I walked in, Fiona’s warm and professional approach immediately put me at ease. Her attention to detail was truly next level — everything from the room setup to the way she checked in throughout the massage made it clear she genuinely cares about the client experience. I went all out with the Revival Pamper Package and at 33 weeks pregnant, it was exactly what I needed to reset and prepare for my final weeks. The massage was the perfect pressure and although really relaxing, also helped to unwind alot of the tension in my hips, back and shoulders. The facial felt amazing and the leg mask still has my skin feeling super soft almost a week later! I definitely recommend this to any other mummas nearing their due dates, especially given the summer we are having!

I had the best time being pampered at bump day spa today. My therapist was Fran who gave me the best massage I’ve ever had and a very relaxing facial. The service, facilities and treatments were all very high quality and I can’t recommend this enough as a pregnancy specific treat

11th June, I had the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Fiona at Hamptons Lounge, and it was absolutely fantastic. Fiona was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I felt lighter, refreshed, and so much better after the session. Today I had relax massage and it was fantasitc. Highly recommend Brazilian treatment and relax massage and especially Fiona for anyone looking to rejuvenate and unwind. Will definitely be returning! Sasi
