She tailored the treatment perfectly and definitely didn't disappoint. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep, which says it all! Sophie really is the queen of head spas. Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

Great intro session, Leon really understood my injury and my sports training, event participation and wish to get back to it as soon as possible! I love how we talked about bio-mechanics and neural pathways, he educated me so much about the messages from my brain and isolating muscle groups, chains and joints. Best massage I ever had too, without a doubt.
