Angela is an excellent therapist. I’ve had exceptionally tight trigger points on both calves, and through massage and dry needling, has helped to improve blood flow and release the tension, so much so the tightness has dissipated.

Just tried the new gua sha facial with Japanese head massage. It’s amazing! Life’s often a bit hectic and I do find it quite difficult to relax, but even I could’ve drifted off! I’ve been a client of Amanda’s for years and I love that’s she introduces new treatments for us to try! She has offers on each month, so treat yourself!

It’s a lovely space, very homely and relaxing, and I got parked right outside. The massage was great, I like a really firm massage which it absolutely was! But Angela made sure it wasn't too sore at the same time and I still felt relaxed afterwards. Excellent massage and friendly and relaxed service in a lovely, quiet building.
