She immediately made me feel comfortable, and the massage was incredibly relaxing and effective, exactly what I needed. Beautiful, peaceful setting. I instantly felt relaxed. Warm welcome and personalised treatment made it feel really special. Alaine was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. There was no element of being rushed which I adored, with refreshments afterwards to finish a wonderful hour or so to switch off and fully relax. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back soon! I recently had a facial, back massage, and head/scalp massage at Om Holistics, and the entire experience was just perfect. From the thoughtful text message from Alaine a few days beforehand with all the necessary details, to the lovely herbal tea at the end, every part of the visit was perfectly considered. Alaine was warm, friendly, and funny, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment felt completely tailored to my needs and was of fantastic quality. At no point did I feel rushed—it truly felt like a special treat. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Thank you!

The best treatment I've ever had!! I had the back massage, facial and head massage and it was absolutely dreamy. Alaine made me feel really relaxed and welcome from the beginning and I even fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment which has never happened before! Can't wait to book again.

I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

Been here a few times. Service is consistently great, all staff make you feel at ease. Receptionist lady is very helpful and careful about my request. Massage lady Irina is very professional too. Setting is so soothing and clean, I’ve had some great time here. Highly recommended!

I’m very happy with my experience at the chiropodist with Rachel. She was very thorough. She trimmed the toenails carefully, cleared all debris out from under each nail and filed them neatly. She removed all hard skin at pressure points and finished with a satisfying massage and moisturiser.Excellent!

Always a fantastic experience - lovely friendly staff, perfect nails, great massages and beautiful lashes and brows - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Rachel made a thorough examination of my feet. She trimmed my nails and spent some time treating my big toe which was causing me some pain. She cleaned up the build up of material under the nail and straightened the nail itself that was threatening to become ingrown. She identified the growth of bone in this toe and used a putty of some kind to build a protective barrier around the toe. She removed all rough skin, moisturised and massaged my feet and I am very grateful for her kindness and expertise.

I had my first hot stone massage with Trish, I was made to feel welcome. The massage was lovely, I will be booking again. Just a little note, the room could have been warmer. But that could just be me as I feel the cold!

I am so pleased with my nails since Gemmy has been doing them! My previous tech took 40 mins max with nail art and I wondered why Gemmy took longer this. It’s because her work is quality, she does proper prep and takes off your builder gel each time so that it’s fresh. My nails are growing lovely since Gemmy has been doing my nails. No chipping, no breaking and no coming away on the corners! Would highly recommend. I’ve heard she does cracking facials, massages and waxing too girls! 👀 Oh and she has the cutest little old boy 🐶 he loves a fuss! X

I managed to get a booking at late booking totally my fault .Gemmy Gorgeous was very accommodating and I had a wonderful relaxing massage the next day .relived alot of back pain and stress .I felt amazing afterwards and will defantly book again next month and have an hour massage.
