I am desperately needing a massage and found Ganesha Thai Massage online with highly rated recommendations. After getting a 90-minute massage, I now understand why this place is a gem. It’s a new business open in the beginning of 2025, situated in the north part of old town Alexandria with plenty of parking. The massage salon projects a sense of peace and tranquility, and is meticulously maintained. Weena, the owner and a therapist, makes you feel comfortable and at ease the moment you arrive. At the end the session, I feel like a new person. Highly recommend!

A tranquil haven in the heart of old town. Upon entering, you are welcomed and your senses are immediately calmed. Soft, ambient lighting and calming decor create a peaceful setting while a subtle aroma fills the air. The massage left me totally relaxed and provided much needed relief from all my tightness and tension. A complete head to toe experience that I have been searching for!

Tried my first Thai massage today and wow… absolutely incredible. The stretching, pressure points, and relaxation all in one had me feeling refreshed, recharged, and like a brand new person. Definitely an experience I didn’t know I needed. Safe to say I’ll be going back! 🙌✨

10 stars!! Everything from the moment you enter until you leave is absolutely phenomenal! Somkit has hands of magical steel. If you want a strong deep tissue massage, she is the one! She used multiple techniques and gave detailed attention to every muscle and knot in my body. Ive had a headache for a few days and the neck and shoulder stretches and massaging really helped. I left walking on clouds. This place is on the pricer side BUT you will get what you paid for and more! Also, the jasmine ginger green tea is delicious and the staff is so welcoming and kind. Highly recommend this place!

Very calm place. Nadia and Pookie are both excellent. This place is the place to go if your looking for a Thai massage. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. You will not be disappointed. You will be running back again and again. I promise.

I got a combination of Deep tissue and Thai massage at Ganesha with Lisa. She worked very hard and I felt amazing at the end of it. I recommend her and Ganesha highly. I see myself as a repeat customer.

My Thai massage with Weena was one of the best massages I've ever had. The stretches were perfect and her pressure was extremely firm. I do intense strength training 3 days a week and workout in general almost every day. This is exactly what I need. I will be back many more times.

I had the very best experience at Ganesha Thai Massage Bodywork and Spa. The ambiance is so soothing and comforting to the system. The actual massage was top tier. I left feeling amazing. We celebrated our anniversary at Ganesha Thai Massage Spa today with my Husband. It was our first at the spa and we were greeted with hospitality and soothing tea. We did a 90 min couples massage that included a soak for our feet, full body thai massage, hot stones and great stretches. Nion and Keo, our masseuses, were friendly and professional. Afterwards we chatted with the owners and were served more delicious tea. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. I highly recommend this place. They value customer experience and service.

Amazing massage—one of the best I’ve ever had. I came in with lower back pain and by the end of the session it was completely gone. I also loved that it incorporated stretching along with a full-body signature massage. It was the perfect combination of therapeutic work and relaxation. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful to have Weena back in Old Town! I have been seeing her since 2014 and can’t believe she has an incredible Thai Massage parlor that is this nice. I have tried many different styles of massage and many different Thai massage, and no one comes close to Weena! Highly recommend, you will feel like a new person!
