Andrew my therapist took the time to ask about any problem areas, as always, and tailored the session to focus on my shoulders and lower back. The pressure was just right—not too light, not too intense—and he checked in occasionally to make sure I was comfortable. It’s my third visit and I’m looking forward to more.

Not my first time with Sandra but, definitely my first time getting a foot reflexology massage! It was great and I already see a difference in my breathing! I haven’t breathed properly in a while and Sandra was able to help me with that through that massage! Definitely recommended!!
