My appointment was amazing. Laarni understood so much about what was going on in my body and what I need to do to heal and recover. She gave me a lot of helpful advice for exercises I can do and she was so thorough with her massage too. Also on a personal level so lovely to get to know her! She made me feel very comfortable too.

Patrick is the best person I've been to for a massage. He made me feel at ease, and made sure I was comfortable. He did a wonderful massage which helped my stiff shoulders and neck, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic deep-tissue massage! Jorden did an incredible job of working out the knots in my back and shoulders. I feel 100 times better than when I walked in.

Fabulous massage

I had massage session with Shakira today, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and really get to know what I needed from the session. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout, the massage was amazing and I felt lighter and in a relaxed mindset afterwards. It's truly helped me with my self care, I would highly recommend and would like to return again.
