I would thoroughly recommend Sarah, she's a very skilled massage therapist. I book myself in for a regular treatment every four weeks. It feels like a lovely treat, whilst being an excellent form of self care, benefitting me both mentally and physically. My sore, tight neck and shoulder muscles are much better after my deep tissue massage. I feel relaxed, uplifted and ready to start my working week now 🙂

Fantastic as always :-) Not feeling or looking great today after a week of feeling poorly but I didn't feel judged, just treated with the same care and respect as always. So very happy finally found somewhere I can make myself feel better about myself with very very little pain, in comparison to other places I have been to in the past. Thank you again Hannah.

Hannah & girls made me feel very welcome, Hannah explained exactly what she was going to do & asked me to let her know how the pressure was for me. I felt very relaxed. I throughly enjoyed the massage, was a great experience & would recommend Hannah. After the massage was finished I was given a drink of water & there was no rush to get ready to leave.
