I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. It was such an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy I came across Balance & Me. Thank you!

This is the best massage I ever had this guy is amazing I’ve booked again for next Wednesday if you thinking of having a treatment do it before he gets busy.
