I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me. I have been going to Rio for about a year for treatments now. I was recently given a gift card for my birthday, I had a full body massage, signature facial and brow lamination, and it was the most amazing pamper 3 hours. It was just what I needed after having a stressful time recently. I was so relaxed during the appointment I dozed off. Rio always takes her time during massaging to really work on problem areas, my back feels amazing! My face is glowing after the facial, and my brows look amazing once again! Superb experience with Chloe who performed a sports massage on me. I have had sports massages before, yet Chloe is superior. The reasons why are 1) the way she moves your body / limbs whilst massaging 2) the technique she uses to isolate specific muscles due to her knowledge of the anatomy and insight into body conditioning / mobility and overall health and fitness 3) She blended the excruciating pressure (which I asked for) with hot stones to help soothe the muscles. Chloe is attentive and provides an individualised approach. You don’t feel she is just going through the motions.
