Just had the most amazing experience at F and F. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Abi and served a lovely coffee. The salon is calm and the atmosphere was special. I had the luxury head spa massage- I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded any of my thoughts. It was just the most special experience. Initially Abi did an analysis of my scalp and the pre and post results are incredible. I fell asleep as I was so relaxed as she did the treatment. All I can say is I was well and truly spoiled by this treatment. My hair looks and feels great and I do too! Highly recommended! Thank you Abi!

Phil was an excellent masseur. He arrived at my house 10 mins early to set up which was appreciated. I would usually choose a female masseuse but needn’t have worried, Phil was Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Massage was excellent and I will definitely book again in the future. He delivered a professional massage focussing on agreed areas and kept an open communication throughout, detailing what he was doing and what he was trying to achieve. His hygiene standards were exemplary and his openness in sharing his knowledge was the cherry on top. Would not hesitate in recommending and will definitely be booking in again.

Couldn’t recommend any more! I’ve had numerous different massages and each one has been top notch wether it’s helping me recover from training, keeping up maintenance or helping me with a particular issue, like when I couldn’t move my right shoulder past 90 degrees, I went to Phil who worked his magic and by the end of the session I could raise it above my head!

Phil was very proffessional his technics were amazing .I felt very relaxed and he put at ease as ive never had a massage before by a male .It was a very calming enviroment and i would highly recommend phil to my friends . Thanku phil for a great massage and an even better experience .
