My dad came from another country, and the very first thing he wanted to do when he arrived was book a massage at Motion Remedy with Gigi — he wasn’t interested in London attractions at all, which says everything. He had severe shoulder pain for two months and couldn’t lift his arm properly. After just three sessions with Gigi, the pain was gone and his movement fully restored. I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

2nd time back, we have had a good experience, great step by step explanation, and aftercare fully explained. My only criticism would be to have our joint appointment at the same time as we booked in for the same time, this avoids us waiting around for each other. I would definitely recommend and I would rebook again. It was worth the 1 hour travelling time for us so overall very happy. Thank you!
