Before starting, Sarah carefully mapped out my face, assessed my skin, and explained exactly what each step of the treatment was for and how it would benefit my skin. What I loved most was that this wasn’t a one size fits all facial, it was tailored to suit my skin type and specific concerns, making it feel completely personalised. The whole experience was so relaxing, and my skin looked brighter, smoother, and glowing afterwards.

I am in denial about having watery eyes and I'm never made to feel like a burden or difficult client. Somehow my lashes still always look amazing and I've been taught how to care for them and maintain them so they still look beautiful before my refills. My eyebrows have never looked so good either. I never really knew what to do with them. Now a cheeky brush I'm the morning and they are good to go for the day! Basically this is my little self care treat and I couldn't ever imagine stopping it. My little therapy and beauty session all in one. I would not trust anyone else ever again I'm sure ❤

Absolutely amazing pamper day. Immediately felt relaxed and calm just walking into the new salon. Sarah has such a calming aura, all my stresses of the week were left at the door. Without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. Sarah has an absolute gift in what she does. Definitely magic hands. The whole experience was just perfect. I normally find massages can be quite rushed and impersonal but that was absolutely the opposite and even after the treatment being able to just sit and relax on the sofa and take it all in made it even more amazing.
