Do not judge a book by its cover. The therapist know what the difference was between a Anti Stress and a Swedish Massage and Victor knew his stuff on this. I booked a Anti stress and I got one. Top Marks, Ok, I am glad that the faff and PR stuff was not laboured. (welcome to blah blah blah spa, my name is .... etc...) I simply wanted to a good massage and a good price. This place delivered it in drones. So for serious people who want and know what the benefits of a massage - would recommend. If you want a glass of bubbly as well, go elsewhere. If you want a massage go here.

Went here today after spending the weekend at Download for a much needed massage before heading back home. I had a Swedish full body provided by the lovely Minnie. The massage itself was brilliant, very relaxing and soothed my aching muscles. The spa is also very nice and inviting, good temperature and ambience. Very sad I don't live in the area but would definitely return if I'm down here again. 10/10

Second time I booked my mum in with Amber for a full body Swedish massage and hot oil. She was amazing, paid extra attention to my mum and tackled her tension spots. My mum walked out feeling like a new woman. It will be a monthly treat for my mum from now on for sure. Thank you once again!

Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you

The most relaxing experience I’ve ever had! Nay made me feel completely at ease right from the start. I was welcomed with a lovely cup of tea, and the room smelled incredible - so calming. The head massage with oil was absolutely divine; I nearly drifted off to sleep instantly. And the Swedish back massage? Truly the highlight of the session. I can’t recommend it enough! I’ll definitely be coming back every month!

She goes above and beyond, giving you complimentary water at the end and some freebies like some Easter egg one time when it was Easter. So friendly and approachable and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
