I had a back massage with Adam, and I have to say it was one of thee best I've had. Great pressure and Adam listens to what you as a client need. The newly refurbished soundings are stunning. Gorgeous rooms creating the perfect setting. Definitely 10/10 from me!

Adam’s professionalism, warmth, and intuitive touch made the whole experience exceptional. He knew exactly where to focus and used the perfect amount of pressure throughout. I left feeling deeply relaxed, rebalanced, and like a weight had been lifted. Adam is incredibly skilled and clearly passionate about what he does. I can’t recommend him highly enough—an absolute gem!

Katherine was a wonderful therapist! I had a fabulous back massage followed by an amazing 1 hr facial! I was so impressed and left very relaxed and de-stressed!! Such a lovely person and a lovely experience right down to the mango sorbet and fresh fruit in the relaxation room. Definitely be back to Bell Nirvana.

I do quite a lot sports so booked in with Catherine for a Deep Tissue massage. The pain relief and tightness in my legs has been instant and this will help with training moving forward. Will certainly go again and would recommend anyone to do so also.
