The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! I just had the most amazing massage by Kimberley - actually, it was the best massage I've ever had. It was a full body Swedish massage given with such care and consideration to the parts of my body that I needed extra help with. I've come home feeling so much better and so relaxed. I would recommend Kimberley to anyone! And I will. The Venue is a stunning place - spotlessly clean and welcoming. Sasha gave me the most warm and friendly welcome, what a wonderful start :) I will be booking in again soon, not just for a massage, either. I need to go through the whole treatment menu!
