The most relaxing full body massage, just want I needed after a busy week at work. Rachel targeted the knots in my shoulders and massaged my neck which was very sore and I feel amazing today. The oils used were specially chosen to help relax and ease my muscles.

Just an observation having experienced many massages in the UK and across the world, the massage room perhaps needs softer lighting, some background relaxing spa music playing and maybe a candle / diffuser, so the atmosphere is more relaxing and "cosy". I found the room at little "stark". My appointment was for a 90 deep tissue massage. While there were moments of deeper massaging across my scapulars and through my back, generally I would class this as a "relaxing" massage instead. Overall, a pleasant experience but not quite a five star rating.

I have had several treatments with Rachel now and the Swedish Massage and Tibetan Head Massage did not disappoint either. I required relaxation and to relieve a very tight neck shoulders and back and I came out of the treatments floating on air. I felt fantastic. The Tibetan Head Massage was really lovely. All sorts of sensations are felt with an added tailor made oil for your hair too. At the end of the treatment as a nice touch you get given a relevant tea bag to have later in the day. Today it was Pukka Peace and tasted delicious. I cannot recommend Rachel enough. She really is amazing.
