Perfect. Sophie has a great understanding of muscles and managing an injury. She was very understanding and provided a much needed massage and relief for my leg. I would highly recommend Sophie. The location is very handy to Bangor / Newtownards. She is very friendly, professional and is a real people person 10/10

I was gifted the Mummy to Be package with Linda and it was the most amazing experience, a few hours of very much needed relaxation, it was complete bliss. Linda is so lovely and a brilliant therapist, I have been to her many times for different treatments and I have always come away feeling great! Highly recommend 🩷

Went for a deep Swedish massage today and it was pure relaxation. Trisha prepares the room perfectly with low light, tranquil music and warm blankets. The massage was amazing, just the right pressure. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated after a busy week working. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant experience

Fantastic boxing and conditioning PT. Chris is so knowledgeable and has a great way of breaking everything down so that my old mind can actually understand. Cannot recommend Chris enough for boxing and also training 5* everytime

Love going to Trisha to have my nails done. Always make me feel so relaxed and my nails look amazing.
