Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

I can’t recommend Simone enough! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to explain everything in a way that puts you at ease. I had a 1 hour 30 minute sports massage to help with muscle tightness, and he went above and beyond by giving me great aftercare advice and practical tips to strengthen my lower back.
