Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

She was really good. Profesional and friendly. Hitting right through my knots and trigger points. Made me do some gentle stretches to improve flexibility and mobility. Also gave me advice at the end of the session and I will definitely return back to do instead of a 90 mins deep tissue massage, 30 mins session to get rid of these multiple stubborn knots that cause so much pain.

I had a 1 hour 30 minute sports massage to help with muscle tightness, and he went above and beyond by giving me great aftercare advice and practical tips to strengthen my lower back. I AM FLOATING! I had the most amazing Indian Head Massage today with the marvellous Paula! I felt so cared for from start to finish! The room was lovely and the oils smelt fabulous!
