This was my first experience of a deep tissue shoulder & neck massage. Lydia talked me through what l would experience & how it might feel. Afterwards she gave me exercises to keep my shoulders stretched & relaxed, and the advice to 'drink plenty of water', (always my big failing) to rehydrate my muscles. She also talked through how to recognize when l might need to go back, no hard sell. I was very impressed, lovely young lady, well deserved a 5* rating. Thank you

Lydia was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to understand the issues I was having and was so thorough but also continually checking in re pressure throughout. The range of motion in my shoulder significantly improved even after just one session. Miracle worker-thank you!

I have a sports massage every two weeks with Lydia. Everytime is different as she adapts to unpick any problems that might be beginning to develop. I find this regular maintenance really helps to keep me mobile. I am loving the red light 10 mins add on. Its so deeply relaxing; so much so Ive just booked a ten week 20min package. Jude - diy horse owner & rider. Broken back and pelvis. Lydia has gradually renewed my back, breaking down stubborn scar tissue from my injuries. She keeps my back supple and pain free. I feel fantastic!
