I recently had a session with John Akowuah as my sports therapist, and I was very impressed with his work. He clearly knows his profession well and explained everything with confidence and clarity. The treatment itself was excellent - I felt completely relaxed afterwards, and it made a noticeable difference. I believe it's well worth booking in regularly, and I'd highly recommend John to anyone looking for a skilled and professional sports therapist.

Lilly is absolutely amazing she pays so much attention to detail and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have been getting microdermabrasions for years and when my last beautician left it was a struggle finding a new one I could trust my skin with. On the first visit I knew I’d be back, I was made to feel relaxed and was given a response to all my questions. After looking at the difference in my skin this definitely got a five star rating from me. I have also tried other treatment by Lilly and all have been perfect so I have and would always recommend her to everyone.

Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. She made sure I felt comfortable before and after the injections, and took care to open everything in front of me so I could see that it was fresh and sterile.
