I first went to Lauren last week for lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment, safe to say i booked to go again as soon as I got home! My second appointment was today for another lymphatic drainage and cellulite treatment as well as dry cupping and sports massage…. Just amazing! She truly is like a magician for the body!! I am just about to book again but adding assisted stretching to the list! Aside from her amazing work Lauren is genuinely lovely and caring for one’s needs, so knowledgeable too, so trust me when I say you’re in safe hands with her! Get booking!

Lauren is always amazing. We changed my booked lymphatic and body contouring to lymphatic and sports massage as I was really achey from having a cold/cough ……… it was no problem for Lauren and I came away feeling much more relaxed and much less achey! Result👍🏻

I always enjoy my treatments with Lauren. Today I had a back, neck and shoulder sports massage which was great and relieved the tension in that area which had been causing me headaches. Followed by a lymphatic drainage massage which is lovely and relaxing, some of the benefits are instantly visible, others take a day or so to realise.

First Sports Massage - seems to have done the job!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective. By the end of the session, my muscles felt lighter, my range of motion had improved, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly professional and effective soft tissue treatment.

What a fabulous deep tissue sports massage from Ali Kendall.
