Aoife gave me a fabulous back neck and shoulders massage. I had a very achy back from a combination of gym workouts and also being a massage therapist myself. Aoife’s firm pressure massage was perfect to ease my aches. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and very soothing. Thank you 🙏

I was lucky to nab a last minute appointment, which I'm so glad I booked impulsively! My massage was with Lizzie today (IHM & back) and I'm currently sat in the car feeling wonderful. It's definitely given me the awareness of where I'm storing tension in my body, blew me away when she pressed on a trigger point just how far the tension radiated across my back, and I had no idea how tight I was and how much I must be compensating as a result. Lizzie clearly knows her stuff and has such a kind nature, it's obvious she loves what she does. Highly recommend ✨

I had a wonderful Aroma Massage with Erin today! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. The massage itself was deeply soothing and beautifully done, she clearly knows her craft. Another great sports massage from Lizzie - feeling great today (day after), & the niggly calf muscle I had feels nearly as good as new! Will be back later in the year for more - can't recommend Lizzie highly enough. I had a deap tissue back and shoulders massage today. I have to admit it was a bit painful, but it was definitely worth going through this. I do get a massage a minimum once per month for the last 5 months, and I can feel a massive change in my back that has improved the quality of my life. Highly recommended!
