I always enjoy my treatments with Lauren. Today I had a back, neck and shoulder sports massage which was great and relieved the tension in that area which had been causing me headaches. Followed by a lymphatic drainage massage which is lovely and relaxing, some of the benefits are instantly visible, others take a day or so to realise.

Absolutely wonderful. When I normally visit other places for a deep tissue or sports massage I still feel tension when I leave which I feel they could’ve worked on.. however with Lauren she absolutely worked all the areas which needed attention! Excellent massage- very firm which I needed as I had a lot of tension and knots to work out. I have rebooked already as I have decided I need this treatment regularly! Lovely treatment room, even had a heated bed so was perfect for me being cold all the time.
