My head’s always busy, but I didn’t think about a single thing the whole time. I visited Sophie a few days ago whilst experiencing pain and stiffness within my hip flexors which was restricting my movement and becoming unbearable. Sophie worked her magic and released the tension enabling me to function again. I've also seen Livi with this issue and always have a fantastic outcome. Excellent service, beautifully clean clinic and incredibally skilled professionals, highly recommended.

I suffered very bad pain from my right shoulder i had a treatment from Pete i will never be able to Thank Pete and Sophie enough as she managed to get me an urgent apt,Pete did his magic and it certainly was magic i had been else where for several appointments and nothing eased the pain Pete is friendly and very very good at what he specializes in I would highly recommend this gentleman and at no point did he advise me to make another appointment he advised me to see how my shoulder reacts to his treatment first this told me how genuine Pete is i will always go to Sophies Therapy Thank you.

Had an appointment with Lucy today as iv been having problems with my lower back and shoulders, iv never been to Lucy previously i found this lady to be very friendly caring great knowledge given to me of my problem. When my treatment ended i was able to stretch and turn which i couldnt do previously this is not the last lucy will see of me as im just about to book in again on checking my diary i have a new name for Lucy "Magic hands" as thats what they are the heat from them was wonderful whilst having a "Top to toe massarge" not forgetting Sophie who advised me the best course of treatment.

Honestly, that top-to-toe massage was next level. I went in feeling knotted, tired, and frazzled… and came out like I’d been rebooted.
