Lovely setting, nice team & relaxing massage. It was disappointing that because the person who I had booked with was ill, they automatically changed my appointment to another employee & changed the time by a few minutes (that bit was completely fine) but because of the change of therapist the price increased from £61.50 to £72!! I wouldn’t have been as upset, had they called to tell me but to just send an email an hour before the appointment (I hadn’t read this) and so felt uncomfortable and on the back foot when I was presented with the cost. I won’t return.

Today was a real treat.. because hollies arm massage is amazing I thought I'd add a full body massage on to my facial appointment, I was not disappointed it was fantastic. She definitely got rid of alot of knotts. The facial as always was great the head and neck massage I think is my new favourite 😍

1st visit today, had an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage with face reflexology, the room was beautiful, warm and relaxing, the massage was very effective to treat the pain I had arrived with, so much care and attention throughout the treatment, left feeling fabulous, will be booking again soon to try other treatments also. Treated my mum to a back, neck and shoulder massage with a facial too for her birthday, she absolutely loved it. The venue itself is so beautiful and rustic, the interior is very cosy and welcoming. Holly was lovely and my mum didn’t want it to end. The shop had some great gifts which we bought. Will definitely be returning and telling our friends and family about the Loft.

The best lash lift experience I've had. Hollie is lovely and she included a scalp massage and an arm massage during the treatment. So relaxing and my lashes look gorgeous. I will definitely be coming back to see Hollie!

Tonight’s treatment was just Divine!! I go to Hollie every three weeks for a back massage and it’s always amazing, but tonight’s was super special as it’s cold outside, warm and cosy in her treatment room, the background music was piano Christmas songs…. Was super tranquil and festive at the same time! Loved it! Actually want to book in again before Xmas just to experience that again!!!
