I visited the muscle essence due to suffering with chronic pain. I had a massage and needling done on my shoulders. The difference is night and day. .Jhonathan is amazing at what he does and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Not only do you receive top-tier treatments, but you also get the chance to truly relax—something I struggle with due to a high-stress job. I went to see Jhonathan due to having alot of chronic tension in my neck & shoulders which was causing me alot of pain and discomfort. Jhonathan listened to me as I described my symptoms and he explained what could be causing them and ways to help. I had my massage and came out feeling so much better, alot lighter. Had a massage with Jhonathan after waking up with no mobility in my neck. He’s got instant mobility back after an intense neck, back and shoulder massage finding all the knots.

Gemma was absolutely Fantastic, I had a back, neck and shoulder massage and felt amazing afterwards, will definitely be back again for more.

For over a year I have been going to Gemma for massages and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! The room itself is so cosy and relaxing. Gemma is honestly incredible, she makes you feel so comfortable throughout your appointment and takes the time to listen to any aches or pains you have. I have struggled with back and hand pain but since I’ve been going to Wellness Wave it’s gotten so much better. For anyone who has never tried a massage but would like to, I couldn’t recommend here enough! She is so down to earth and genuine you instantly feel at ease as soon as you enter!
