I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

Miriam did a wonderful back massage for me with a lovely warm back scrub too. Love the calming atmosphere and how Miriam is so friendly yet still professional. I can highly recommend Miriam. I am not keen on the booking system and having to leave bank details etc. Otherwise all brilliant!

10/10 The best massage I have ever had. A professional and welcoming environment. Lisa removed all of the pain, tension and stiffness in my back - I get a massage 4x a year and this is undoubtedly the best place I have been. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Had a 1hr deep tissue massage wth Georgina, although a bit achy afterwards (which is normal for deep tissue), my sleep was really great. Definetely worth trying if your body is tight from built up stress and tension.

Amazing as always finally got my perfect..hair..after 4 lots of bleaching its now as the perfect level im wanting and needing...shes such a professional shes lifted it carefully and with such care she really knows what shes doing...it was sooo worth the wait(and i hate waiting😂)...now my journey of my natural grey/white roots will blend perfectly..and i wont need to bleach or attend too often..jade is the ultimate hairdresser.!..and deserves all the credit...as always im back for more things soon!thanks jade have a great weekend off you deserve it..😍

I booked a 2hr session as was in a great deal of discomfort with extreme tight muscles in my back and arms. My therapist worked comfortably to release the muscle but within my pain tolerance. She was able to determine what areas needed attention just from my body language and tailored my session to focus on those areas. I left with relaxed muscles, no tension or pain which was just what I needed. Will definitely go back monthly to ensure I don’t revert back. Super professional, attentive, and great value for money. I would highly recommend

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Lovely massage and first ever brow tint! Lana is so nice, puts you at ease and really listens to what you want. Great location in the heart of Norwich too.

Norwich is blessed to have Phoebe; completely focused and attentive throughout, applying just the right amount of pressure and adjusting instinctively to what my body needed. I felt listened to, cared for, and genuinely relaxed by the end. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. Lisa is a calm and thorough therapist who is brilliant at what she does. The rooms are spotlessly clean and a lovely sanctuary in the middle of Norwich.

Very relaxing full body massage, removed a lot of built up tension and stress from the body over 1 hour.

Was able to get an appointment at short notice and it was a great head, shoulder and back massage. Will definitely book again.
